Concept Chasm
CrossingConcept to Production, One Hop at a Time
Most AI prototypes die in 'security review hell' - the gauntlet between a demo that works and an agent your CISO will actually deploy. Concept Chasm turns that journey into a crossing game: hop your prototype up through lanes of hazard traffic, then across the Chasm on floating signed-config planks, into four Production slots.
How to Play
-
Move: arrow keys or WASD to hop one tile; swipe on mobile.
-
Traffic lanes: Security Review, Legacy IAM, Injection Streams, Data Breach, and Behavioral Drift - one touch and the prototype is lost.
-
The Chasm: you cannot cross open ground. Ride the floating signed-config planks; fall between them and it is over.
-
Capability tokens: grab the pink tokens on the planks for points, a teaching card, and a few seconds of shield.
Fill all four Production slots to clear a stage. Five stages ships you to Production - a win screen and your score - then Endless+ ramps the traffic. Three lives; filled slots stay filled.
Why It Works This Way
Every mechanic maps to a real principle of agentic AI security.
| In the game | In the real world |
|---|---|
| Lanes of hazard traffic between Concept and Production | The real gauntlet that stalls AI projects: security review, legacy IAM, injection, breach, and drift risk. |
| You cross the Chasm only on signed-config planks | Cryptographically signed configuration is what safely carries an agent from prototype to production. |
| Capability tokens shield you through a lane | Each NuDay capability neutralizes a specific class of production risk. |
| Homes stay filled after a death | A hardened platform survives incidents without losing the ground it gained. |
The Real Capabilities
Play it, then build it for real
The game is the demo you can play. The platform is the one for your agents.
